The event will have DJ entertainment by Ivan Spizizen and Brad Levine, a 50/50 raffle, and silent auction. Tickets are $10 for students and will be sold the week of January 30–February 3. If you are looking for community service hours, Conant Elementary School is hosting their Science Night on January 26 from 6:30–9 p.m. and they are in need of volunteers to help set up, run the different science stations, and clean up. If you are interested in helping, the information is outside the community service office.
The Bloomfield Hills Recreation Department runs a Cheer/Dance/Pom class with a new session starting every 6 weeks. This is such a popular class, they are looking for student volunteers to assist with the class. The classes run from 4-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. To be considered, you must: be female, have experience in cheer, dance, or pom, and have your own transportation to and from class. If you are interested in helping out, there is more information posted outside the community service office.
